By accessing or using KONET, submitting a delivery request, applying to become a courier partner or purchasing a delivery lead, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use KONET.1. About KONETKONET is a UK-based lead generation and introduction service connecting individuals and businesses requiring delivery services with independent courier professionals and courier businesses.KONET is not a courier company and does not transport goods directly.KONET may collect and review delivery requirements before making an opportunity available to suitable courier partners. This process is intended to improve the relevance and quality of delivery enquiries but does not guarantee that a delivery will proceed or that a courier will secure the work.2. User ResponsibilitiesBy using KONET, you agree to:• Provide accurate, complete and current information

• Ensure items are lawful and suitable for transportation
• Disclose relevant handling, access, weight, size or delivery requirements
• Communicate honestly with courier partners
• Agree the final delivery price and service arrangements directly with the selected courier unless KONET expressly states otherwise
Submitting a delivery request does not guarantee that a suitable courier will be available or that a delivery will be accepted.4. Courier Partner ResponsibilitiesCourier partners agree to:• Hold all licences, insurance, permissions and documentation required for the services they provide
• Provide accurate personal, business and operating information to KONET
• Keep relevant information supplied to KONET reasonably up to date
• Operate suitable, safe and appropriately insured vehicles

Delivery Leads and OpportunitiesApproved courier partners may be offered the opportunity to purchase delivery leads through KONET.A lead provides access to information relating to a potential delivery opportunity, including relevant customer and delivery details.Where reasonably practicable, KONET reviews information submitted by customers before making a lead available. However, KONET cannot guarantee that all information supplied by a customer is complete, accurate or unchanged.Purchasing a lead does not guarantee that:• The courier will secure the delivery
• The customer will accept the courier's quotation
• The delivery will ultimately proceed
• The courier will be the only business given access to the opportunity, unless expressly stated otherwise
Courier partners are free to decide whether to purchase an available opportunity.6. Courier partners are under no obligation to purchase an opportunity offered to them.Payments made through KONET may be processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. KONET does not normally store complete payment-card details.7. RefundsBecause purchasing a lead provides access to customer and delivery information, lead purchases are generally non-refundable once those details have been released.KONET may, however, consider a refund or account credit where:• Customer contact information is materially invalid
• The same lead has been supplied to the same courier in error
• The supposed customer confirms that no genuine delivery request was made
• A technical fault prevented the courier from accessing the purchased lead
• KONET otherwise determines that the lead was materially invalid
A refund will not normally be provided because:• The courier did not secure the delivery
• The customer rejected the courier's quotation
• The customer chose another courier
• The customer changed or cancelled their delivery plans after submitting a genuine request
• The courier decided not to pursue the opportunity after purchasing it
KONET may request reasonable supporting information before determining whether a refund or credit is appropriate.8.
